MRA FORENSIC SCIENCES Administrative Assistant / Receptionist in BLUFFDALE, Utah

MRA Forensic Sciences is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist to provide administrative support to multiple forensic engineering experts within our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Communicating with clients and other parties in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
  • Organizing and maintaining expert case files
  • Reviewing legal documents and supporting case-related materials
  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments, meetings, and deadlines
  • Proofreading reports and correspondence
  • Performing general office duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Excellent client service and verbal/written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient proofreading skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred

Candidate must be dependable and committed to maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Additional Information
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM -- 5:00 PM (No weekends)
  • Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience
