IPS Integrated Project Services | Semiconductor Manufacturing Tool Install Operations Manager | Blue Bell, PA
Semiconductor Manufacturing Tool Operations Project Manager role engaged in semiconductor manufacturing equipment installation & operations projects for industrial manufacturing facilities. Develop & implement equipment maintenance procedures, protocol & systems to support the improvement of client-specific technical Infrastructure operations & needs. Interface with client to determine tools, process/equipment engineering needs. Manage pass-down reports of maintenance for facilities equipment. Serve as client point person on assigned projects.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in an Engineering Field, Project Management, or Construction Management.
PLUS:
• 9 years' progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate, experience in job offered, or related technical semiconductor manufacturing equipment/tool installation role, or qualification engineer role working with semiconductor equipment.
• 9 years of experience managing scope, schedule, and budget for semiconductor equipment installation projects.
All applicants must have knowledge of:
o SEMI-F & E6 standards
o Design & Installation of Semiconductor Electrical & Mechanical Utility Systems.
o SEMI-S2 Evaluation report requirements: Fire protection, Toxic Gas Monitoring systems, Safety Interlocks, Hazardous energy isolation, Chemicals, Exhaust ventilation, Ionization radiation, Emergency shutoffs, Lasers, Automated material Handlers, Seismic Protections, Process Liquid Heating systems.
o AEC Design & Documentation Software: Bluebeam REVU or equivalent.
