Position: Digital Press Operator
Reports to: Director of Manufacturing Operations
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Department: POD
Location/Shift: Blue Ash, Ohio / 2 nd Shift
Essential Function:
The Digital Press Operator outputs quality work on various substrates.
Perform regular maintenance on digital press.
Ability to troubleshoot common digital press errors.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with digital presses
Working knowledge of Prinergy workflows.

Excellent eye for detail

Ability to multi- task
Ability to follow written and oral instructions
Communicate effectively with manufacturing personnel
Have a minimum knowledge of computers (Mac and PC platforms, knowledge of PACE a plus)
Keep accurate and complete daily records for data collection
Meet company and departmental standards, including: Customer Requirements, Compliance, Safety, Quality, etc.
Follow Lahlouh ISO Quality Procedures and Work Instructions, and complete forms and checklists as necessary
Follow Lahlouh policies outlined in the company handbook
Work overtime and weekends, as business needs dictate
Perform other duties as required
Attend department and company meetings
Position Specific Skills & Competencies:
Able to work in Mac and PC platforms
Perform calibrations, regular and preventative maintenance on digital presses for optimum quality output
Be able to work at a high production rate in a fast-paced environment
Organize and maintain inventory levels
Able to document detailed instructions regarding jobs to provide seamless transitions between shifts
Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for prolonged periods of time
Ability to push/pull loaded pallet jacks and/or rolling carts
Able to lift to 35 lbs.
Education:
High school graduate/GED
