Kroger Family of Companies Advanced Adobe Analyst in Blue Ash, Ohio
This role is focused on enabling the insights analysts at Kroger to be able to use the CJA tool in a scalable way. We are responsible for tooling, templates, training, and best practices of the Adobe Customer Journey Analytics tool.
Partner with cross-functional analytics domain teams to develop a self-service, capability-based approach to digital products reporting and insights. Lead the strategy for scalable, quick, and simple reporting and insights across the enterprise. Define the strategy and oversee the execution for standards, best practices, and training that will empower data consumers to customize reports and discover insights that will lead to data-driven decisions. Serve as a mentor to other analysts, coaching in techniques and approaches to help deepen and enhance skillsets. RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage and act as key advisor on Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and other reporting tools to systematically drive improvements to self-service reporting and insights
Empower business partners to gain deep insights and unlock new value through self-serve omnichannel analytics on entire customer journey
Lead the strategy to improve speed to market for internal analytics insight requests, through a self-service, capability-based approach; demonstrate the ability to solve problems systematically
Define the strategy and guide the execution of reporting and insights standards and best practices; work to continuously improve processes and practices, lead change and innovation
Partner with cross-functional teams to continually improve our capability to effectively measure and evaluate online behavior through business metrics and dimensions
Support a data-driven culture, educating digital organizations on everyday use of data as a resource
Develop and evolve training to empower stakeholders to discover insights and work actionable data-driven decisions into the product roadmap
Mentor, coach, and encourage less senior analysts to advance their skillsets and competencies

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum
Bachelors Degree data analytics, statistics, marketing, related field, or equivalent experience
Any experience using SQL, R, NoSQL, Hadoop or Python
Any advanced experience executing statistical methods and correlation analyses that show businessrelevant results
Any advanced experience innovating and building new analytics capabilities that enable analytics to be better, faster and cheaper
Any experience with commercial behavioral data, eCommerce, navigation/path analysis, search, and testing methodologies
Any experience assisting in providing guidance and recommendations for measurements of success, KPI strategy, and health measurements across various business units
2&43; years of experience presenting AB test results, AB insights, and AB testing recommendations to stakeholders
7&43; years of experience using Adobe Analytics or Power BI
Knowledge of data wrangling, cleaning, and transforming techniques

Any experience using other industry leading analytics tools for reporting and joining data
