Compassionate person to join our team as a Direct Care Worker. As a Direct Care Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and safety. This position supports one individual to help them have the best day. This includes implementing and following a behavior plan to lead to success. Responsibilities: Assist Individual with activities in the program and the community. Must drive and have a valid PA license. Provide emotional support to individual by following support plan.Provide positive feedback and praise to build self-development and selfesteem.Assist to maintain a clean and safe environment. Complete necessary paperwork and documentation daily.Keep team informed of progresss and concerns. Have good communication and listening skills. Understanding autism, intellectual or developmental disabilities. Ability to perform tasks that may involve physical activities-standing, walking, driving.
