What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
Broker management
HTS classification
Monitoring changes to the Canadian tariff and duty rates
Maintaining electronic recordkeeping of documentation and data for customs entries and amendments (B3 & B2)
Extracting and analyzing trade data from CARM, customs brokers, and internal software to perform internal compliance audits, resolve identified issues, and perform corrective actions
Performing CUSMA and other free trade qualification analysis
Assisting in all projects relative to CBSA requests & audits to ensure responses are timely and accurate
What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in trade compliance, customs, or supply chain operations required.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field; professional certification in supply chain preferred.
Specialized certification in trade compliance (e.g., customs compliance, international trade regulations).
Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred, given the role’s interaction with Mexico.
Strong knowledge of Canadian and Mexican customs regulations, with proven ability to manage cross-border compliance.

Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $ 90,000 - $ 105,000 . Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package.
