✨ What You’ll Do
Build electronic sensors using surface‑mount and through‑hole soldering
Attach wires and cables to circuit boards and harnesses
Perform mechanical assembly of complete units
Use a microscope for fine‑detail soldering and inspection
Follow clear instructions to meet high quality standards
Cross‑train in other assembly and testing areas to expand your skills
? What You Bring
1+ year of soldering experience
1+ year in electronic assembly
Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and technical documentation
Basic computer navigation skills
Comfort working with small, detailed components under a microscope
? Your Work Environment
Fast‑paced, hands‑on assembly environment
First shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Casual dress code (closed‑toe shoes required; no loose clothing for safety)

This is a Contract position based out of Bloomington, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
