HHAeXchange Program Manager, Solution Coordination in Bloomington, Minnesota
We are seeking a Program Manager to manage the product lifecycle processes for large cross-functional programs and drive towards successful product launches. The position will support growth and profitability with a focus on new product initiatives. This is a pivotal role that works on multiple programs and coordinates efforts across the company product management, sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and others to ensure teams are aligned and working towards aligned goals and milestones for big bet initiatives. The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $88,000-110,000/yr, not including variable compensation. An employee s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
