HHAeXchange Principal Software Engineer in Bloomington, Minnesota
We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of our enterprise web application platform. This role requires a senior technical leader who can drive scalable, secure, and accessible solutions, mentor engineering teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality software in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic vision, embraces best practices for security and accessibility, and is passionate about building systems that are reliable, compliant, and innovative. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates located in the EST or CST time zones within the US only. The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $165,000-180,000/yr, not including variable compensation. An employee s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
