Acara Solutions Mechanical Assembler in Bloomington, Minnesota
Description Acara Solutions is seeking a Mechanical Assembler for our client in Bloomington, MN! We are seeking qualified candidates with: Mechanical assembly and inspection experience The ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions Proven reliability and a positive attitude! Here's what you'll do: Performs sequential assembly operations of mechanical units and sub-units with minimal supervision. Performs packaging operations as required by the job schedule. Works with a variety of gauges and fixtures for precision fits. Reads blueprints and follows work instructions. Inspecting finishing products and ensuring they are meeting quality standards set by the Company. Documenting defective parts and report production obstacles to the supervisor. Perform simplified procedure with the Company ERP system (Microsoft Navision) in order to keep track of the production progress. Ensure a clean and clutter-free workspace (workbench or machine/packaging station). Position Type: Direct Placement Pay: Up to $21/hr. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 3 years' experience with assembly operations in a production environment. Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Must be able to provide manual operations with precision. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain standing for a portion of your shift if required by the production process. Must be able to handle units of medium weights (up to 30 Lbs).
