Aston Carter HR Generalist in Bloomington, Minnesota
About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on payroll administration, benefits support, and onboarding/offboarding. This role partners closely with the HR Manager and serves as a key resource for employee questions regarding pay, benefits, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and process accurate end-to-end biweekly payroll.
Support benefits administration, including employee questions and vendor coordination.
Lead and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR processes, payroll, and benefits.
Maintain and reconcile spreadsheets, tracking logs, and HR documentation.
Partner with the HR Manager to improve, streamline, and scale HR processes.
Essential Skills & Experience
2–4 years of experience in HR, payroll, and/or benefits administration.
Hands-on experience with complete payroll processing.
Strong Excel skills, including data tracking, reconciliation, and spreadsheet management.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

This is a Contract position based out of Bloomington, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
