HHAeXchange Director, Software Engineering in Bloomington, Minnesota
We are seeking a Director of Software Engineering to join our R&D organization and provide leadership across teams delivering capabilities for both the HHAeXchange Enterprise platform and Sandata SaaS solutions. This role is responsible for ensuring teams execute consistently across engineering delivery, quality, security, performance, reliability, and production operations. The Director will partner closely with Product, Architecture, QA, and Operations leadership to deliver scalable outcomes while continuously improving platform stability and engineering effectiveness. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates located in the EST or CST time zones within the US only. The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $185,000-210,000/yr, not including variable compensation. An employee s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
