HHAeXchange Director, Quality Engineering in Bloomington, Minnesota
The Director, Quality Engineering will lead the enterprise-wide quality strategy and Quality Assurance (QA) program across HHAeXchange. This role is responsible for standardizing testing processes and tools, driving test automation, and ensuring our products meet high standards for reliability, performance, security, and accessibility. The Director, Quality Engineering will oversee functional and non-functional testing practices, including accessibility (WCAG) and security-related validation, and will own processes that support customer User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates located in the EST or CST time zones within the US only. The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $174,000-195,000/yr, not including variable compensation. An employee s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
