HHAeXchange is seeking a Data & AI Solutions Engineer to join our Business Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Data and Analytics, this role will drive data-driven decision-making across key internal functions while spearheading our transition to modern, AI-powered analytics and application development. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data engineering, business intelligence, and emerging AI technologies. You will design and deploy internal AI applications, build intelligent agents to automate business processes, and create scalable data solutions that empower teams across the organization. The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $115,000-$117,500, not including variable compensation. An employee s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
