ManpowerGroup Customs Compliance Supervisor in Bloomington, Minnesota

Our client, a leader in Distribution Services, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customs Compliance Contractor to join their dynamic team. As a Customs Compliance Contractor, you will play a vital role in supporting Canadian import compliance processes, including HS classification, tariff validation, and data analysis. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a global supply chain operation while working remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance. Job Title: Customs Compliance Supervisor

Location: Remote (must reside in MN, NV, PA, CO, TX, FL)

Position Type : 8-Month Contract with potential for extension/conversion to permanent

Pay Range: $30.00 - $50.00/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday; 30 hours/week during business hours (8:00AM - 5:00PM CST) - Flexible

What's the Job?

  • Support Canadian import compliance activities, including HS classification and tariff validation

  • Analyze trade data and generate detailed reports to ensure compliance and optimize processes

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline cross-border trade procedures

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory standards

  • Assist in resolving customs-related issues promptly and effectively

What's Needed?

  • HS/GED Completion

  • 3+ Years' Experience in Customs & Logistics

  • Experience with Canadian customs compliance, HS classification, and tariff validation

  • Proficiency in advanced Excel and data analysis tools

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
