Ziegler Inc. Corporate Receptionist in Bloomington, Minnesota
Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Corporate Receptionist to meet the needs of callers and visitors in an expedient and professional manner. The Receptionist provides the first point of contact in the branch and is an integral part of keeping both the internal and external communication and organization of the branch in high priority.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, determine purpose of call and forward to appropriate individual or department
Welcome all visitors / employees and maintain check-in sheet
Obtains necessary information on new markets, divisions, and personnel, in order to appropriately handle all incoming calls and walk-ins concerning Ziegler operations
Maintains phone listings, organized company product and services information for various divisions and markets
Performs clerical tasks related to managing the reception unit
Files, types, enters data, maintains records, and uses and complete formers related to the reception operation
Ordering and stocking general office supplies for the building
Coordinates and directs work schedules of the reception operation and ensures back-up staff is appropriately utilized and trained
Qualifications:
High School Degree/GED required, Associate’s degree preferred
2-5 years of related experience preferred
Strong customer service skills required
Cisco Phone Systems knowledge preferred

Minimum Physical Requirements:
Hearing and talking.

The pay range for this position is
$20.15 to $24.17
Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
