Braun Intertec Corporation Construction Materials Lab Technician in Bloomington, Minnesota
Job Duties
Braun Intertec is seeking a Construction Materials Lab Technician to join our Bloomington, MN office. As a technician, you will perform a variety of testing on construction materials such as soils, concrete, masonry, and asphalt.
Responsibilities
Receive and log concrete and soil samples
Performs and understand various laboratory test procedures
Assist in AMRL and CCRL (regulatory standards) assessments
Assist with Braun Quality system for the laboratory
Enter and understand lab data
Maintain laboratory equipment in good operating condition.
Other miscellaneous laboratory tasks as assigned
Required Skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
ACI, MnDOT and related industry certifications preferred
Required Experience
High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years of construction materials lab experience
Must have valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
The ability to lift 50-75+ pounds

Compensation Range:
$43,600.00 - $65,400.00
