Patient Scheduler
About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused professional to support patient and case scheduling in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. This role plays a critical part in coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring a positive experience for patients and care teams alike.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments in accordance with established procedures
Communicate appointment details clearly and accurately to patients and internal teams
Audit and complete electronic patient and case documentation in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with scheduling policies and documentation standards
Work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality
Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, peers, and leadership on a daily basis
Required Qualifications
1+ years of call center experience
Strong customer service orientation with a compassionate, patient‑focused approach
High attention to detail, particularly with data entry and electronic documentation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to think quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and respond professionally
Comfortable supporting multiple departments when needed
Demonstrates empathy, teamwork, excellence, and professionalism

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
