Job Title: Groundskeeper – 1st Shift | Weekly Pay

We’re looking for a hardworking, dependable Groundskeeper to help keep our outdoor spaces clean, safe, and visually appealing. If you enjoy working with your hands, being outdoors, and seeing the impact of your work every day, this is the perfect role for you.
This position offers 1st shift hours and weekly pay , along with the opportunity to join a supportive, long‑term team.
What You’ll Do
As a Groundskeeper, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining the appearance and health of the grounds:
Inspect designated areas to ensure they remain clean, safe, and well‑maintained
Perform general landscaping tasks including leaf removal, weeding, pruning, mowing, and trimming
Assist with planting, deadheading, thinning, and seasonal landscape upkeep
Apply fertilizers and pre‑emergent products under supervision
Work collaboratively with Landscape Technicians on group projects
Execute detailed lawn care: mowing, edging, fertilizing, and watering
Maintain trees, shrubs, and flowers through trimming and pruning
Remove weeds from flowerbeds and gardens
Clear pathways and grounds of debris, leaves, and litter
Support winter operations through snow and ice removal (on‑call during winter events)
Safely operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, and blowers
What You Bring
Essential Skills
Experience in groundskeeping or general labor
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work daily
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Verifiable experience in lawn care, landscaping, or gardening

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
