Overview
Oversee the assembly process for gear motors, including JRT and JD series.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the assembly process for gear motors, including JRT and JD series.
- Ensure that the assembly process follows strict quality and safety standards.
- Provide guidance to team members to maintain productivity and resolve any technical issues during assembly.
- Supervise the sorting of gear motor materials and ensure they are properly stored in the warehouse.
- Oversee the process of picking materials for production or customer orders, ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain an organized and efficient inventory system to reduce errors and improve workflow.
- Manage the inspection and repair of returned products from customers.
- Guide the team in diagnosing issues with returned products, ensuring effective and timely repairs.
- Ensure that all repaired products are tested and meet quality standards before being sent back to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve warehouse processes and reduce inefficiencies.
- Regularly review inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and help troubleshoot discrepancies.
Qualifications
Must have a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent and three years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in supervising or leading a warehouse or production/assembly team, managing inventory, storage, and order fulfillment, overseeing mechanical/electrical product assembly or repairs (gear motors or similar equipment), and coordinating after-sales service or product returns/repairs.
Salary starts at \$150,010/yr. Benefits include medical, dental, & life insurance, PTO, and child care.
