Job Summary

Jet Advertising has an excellent opportunity for an organized, high-energy, and efficient Social Media Specialist to join our fast-paced and growing environment, where you will be responsible for owning, evaluating, and creating digital media content that supports Jet Advertising\'s clients social branding channels. The Social Media Specialist will also be responsible for executing social media and brand strategies that align with the assigned company\'s long-term strategy and business objectives. The Social Media Specialist develops creatively inspiring content for various digital and social channels, provides strategic and innovative recommendations for creative campaign concepts, influencer activations, and partnerships to be executed on social platforms, and develops content and community management strategies. He/She will develop social media accounts, systems, tools, processes, and workflows to ensure digital content is completed on time and on budget and that we have the proper tracking in place to measure performance. Capable of analyzing social metrics for report development and making forward recommendations based on insights. Some projects may include technology refreshes/changes, data and reporting development, new digital programs, brand launches, social media marketing campaigns, attendance/assistance with community events, and business process analysis and improvements. In addition, the Social Media Specialist will assist the General Manager with the implementation and execution of special brand promotions and related content projects, provide project coordination assistance (including reviews and approvals, proofreading, and formatting), and contribute to the development and execution of annual brand plans.

What You\'ll Do

  • Write, edit, and publish social media posts
  • Work with publishers and vendors to deliver marketing materials ahead of deadlines
  • Work with Jet Advertising partners on cross-promotional marketing activities
  • Coordinate and deliver email campaigns utilizing marketing automation software
  • Assist in event planning and coordination
  • Assist in the photo and video shoots
  • Monitor social media and other digital outlets for brand mentions
  • Maintain established brand standards internally and externally
  • Provides day-to-day content management for various clients, including creating presentations, managing, and sharing deliverables with clients
  • Measuring and reporting the performance of all digital and traditional marketing campaigns, assessing them against goals (including ROI and KPIs).
  • Plans and manages editorial calendar; determines the placement and cadence of content, ensures the right volume and quality, and provides content optimization recommendations based on performance
  • Assists with best practices and engagement techniques for social content. Ensures our campaigns are intelligent, effective, and efficient.
  • Audits, listens to, and optimizes strategies as appropriate alongside the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Relations

  • Provide exceptional customer service, as the primary point of contact and liaison for the national and international brand (email, phone, and in-person meetings).
  • Prepare and share quarterly QBRs and monthly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the Sales department to prepare regular updates and reports on the brand\'s performance.
  • Compile and submit monthly reports and marketing recaps to each supplier.
  • Support with other US and international questions, requests, concerns, and coordination.

Marketing Support

  • Contribute to the development and execution of consumer and rade marketing programs to drive growth and build the Company\'s equity.
  • Develop KPIs to track and measure program effectiveness, ensure reasonable ROI
  • Field general customer inquiries relating to designated brands.
  • Assist with brand budgeting, invoice coding and processing, and supplier bill backs.

Communications

  • Execute appropriate events for each brand, including educational programs, staff training, experiential marketing programs, features, and incentives, to create brand awareness and encourage consumer, trade, and media advocacy through meaningful and memorable experiences.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador for the US and international markets; develop relationships with suppliers and clients. Collaborate with the Marketing Director to execute the brand plan.
  • Collaborate with social media agencies to execute the brand\'s strategy and create and post accurate, relevant, and engaging content.

Sales Support

Work with Sales Teams to develop marketing tools, presentations, meaningful content, and update brand guidelines.

Assist in creating point-of-sale (POS) materials for brands as needed.
