Pay: Annual earning potential of $41,092 to $150,000+
Schedule: Full time, Saturday availability required

Who We're Looking For:
1-2 years of previous dealership sales experience is required, BMW experience preferred
A team player who is focused on providing top-notch customer service
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment
Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
What You'll Do:
Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
Track customers using store specific management systems.
Keep abreast of new products, features, and accessories. Attend product and manufacturer training courses.

The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $41,092 to $161,736. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual payable gross and bonuses based on individual units sold and manufacturer approvability.
