Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a software-focused organization, is seeking a skilled Technical Product Manager (TPM). This role is responsible for owning product roadmaps, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving execution across development initiatives. The TPM will play a key role in prioritizing features, guiding technical direction, and ensuring product delivery aligns with business goals.
Job Duties
- Own and manage product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization across multiple initiatives
- Lead sprint planning and collaborate closely with development teams on execution
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks
- Partner with stakeholders across sales, support, and engineering to align product direction
- Analyze product performance and recommend improvements based on data and feedback
- Guide development priorities and workflows within a small, agile team environment
- Contribute to long-term product strategy and roadmap planning
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support development teams with debugging and solutioning
Required Skills:
- 5+ years in a Technical Product Manager role
- Experience with product ownership, including roadmap development and backlog prioritization
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and sprint planning processes
- Technical background with ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot code
- Experience working closely with software development teams in a product environment
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and delivery framework
- Experience using product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira or similar platforms)
- Experience working in startup or small-team environments
- Exposure to AI-driven products or innovation-focused initiatives
- Experience building or shaping long-term product roadmaps (6+ months)
