  • Identifying patterns, emerging risks, and systemic issues to inform process improvements, escalation mitigation strategies, and network performance enhancements.

  • Supporting enterprise‑level initiatives that improve regulatory readiness, strengthen compliance practices, and enhance collaboration across Network Strategy & Operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal operations, public affairs, corporate communications, healthcare operations, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional efforts and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting executive‑level or externally facing content.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear recommendations.

  • Proven success operating in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments with high visibility and accountability.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting legal complaints, regulatory response, or government inquiries.

  • Paralegal, legal operations, or regulatory support background.
