San Juan Credit Union Teller in BLANDING, Utah
We are looking for a friendly, energetic person for the position of teller.
Type: Full time Hours: 10:00 am -- 6:00 pm Monday -- Friday, Quarterly morning staff trainings
Pay: Starting at $17 - $19/hour depending on experience
Description: The individual will be responsible for providing courteous and efficient service to branch members by opening and closing new accounts; processing checking and savings transactions; answering questions in person and on the phone; processing loan payments; and cross selling financial services. Mandatory regulation, compliance, and financial services training will need to be completed and passed. Some community service and outreach opportunities may arise.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Strong math, keyboard, 10 key, and filing skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office applications and internet usage.
Self-starter, and problem-solving skills. Strong and dependable work ethic.
Preferred experience: prior credit union or bank experience preferred, cash handling, general clerical duties, and service-based rapport and relationship building.
