Shop Assistant
- Location: Blairsville, PA
- Payrate: Starting at $17 per hour
- Schedule: 2nd shift Monday -- Thursday, 3:00 PM -- 1:00 AM, or 3rd shift Monday - Thursday 9:00 PM -7:00 AM (Must be available to train on 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

We are hiring a dependable Shop Assistant to join a clean, modern manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with a 60-year-old, family-owned company. Manufacturing and/or Auto Body skills a PLUS!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform light assembly work in a safe, team-oriented environment
- Pull materials and use hand and power tools
- Deburr materials following blueprints
- Assist in various departments as needed
- Operate a forklift (training provided if needed)
- Learn and operate shop equipment, including:
- Press Brake
- Grinder
- Paint / Powder Coating equipment
- Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to safely handle materials and equipment
- Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check
