Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and skilled machine operators for both first and second shifts. Positions are available for press brake, saw, and burn table operators. Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery including press brake, saw, and burn table.

  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate machine operation.

  • Handle various mechanical tasks and use hand tools effectively.

  • Ensure quality and efficiency in all machine operations.

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with press brake, shear, saw, and burn table operations.

  • Ability to read and understand blueprints.

  • Proficiency in using hand tools and mechanical equipment.

  • At least 6 months of experience in metal manufacturing machine operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical aptitude.

  • Experience with shear press and saw cutting is a plus.

Work Environment

The position offers shifts on both first and second schedules. First shift operates Monday to Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with mandatory 8 hours overtime each Friday. Optional overtime is available each Saturday from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Second shift runs from Monday to Thursday from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM, with 8 hours overtime included on Thursday. Optional Saturday overtime is also available.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blair, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
