ManpowerGroup Production Assistant Swing Shift in Blaine, Washington
Our client, a food production facility in Blaine, WA, is seeking a Bakery Production Assistant to join their team. As a Bakery Production Assistant, you will be part of the bakery operations supporting production and packaging teams. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Bakery Production Assistant
Location: Blaine, WA
Pay Range: $18 ph.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM (start times may vary slightly)
What's the Job?
Assist in mixing doughs and batters for cakes, cookies, and cheesecakes
Decorate baked goods with icing, toppings, and packaging flair
Label and box finished products for shipment
Help restock ingredients and prep stations for the next shift
Receive cross-training in various bakery roles to expand your skills
What's Needed?
A team-first attitude and good communication skills
Willingness to learn and rotate through different bakery tasks
Dependable attendance and a positive, can-do mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
No prior baking experience required; full training provided
