Job Title: MIG Welder
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator who will be responsible for MIG welding and fabricating parts for heavy-duty trucks and tractors. This role involves using plasma cutters and drills, focusing on heavy gauge MIG welding on joints and components to ensure quality standards. The position does not require blueprint experience but involves working with hand drawings and using fab machines to cut materials as needed.
Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding and fabrication for heavy-duty trucks and tractors.
Use plasma cutters and drills to complete welding tasks.
Conduct heavy gauge MIG welding on joints and components to meet quality standards.
Work with hand drawings to execute welding projects.
Utilize fab machines to cut materials to the required length.
Essential Skills
2+ years of experience in heavy steel welding.
Proficiency in heavy gauge steel MIG welding using all wire feed methods.
Experience with a plasma torch.
Experience with an acetylene torch.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of hydraulics is a plus.
Exposure to custom truck fabrication.
Proficiency with common tools.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
