Job Summary
The Lead Product Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our 3DX PLM initiatives. With a focus on Product Lifecycle Management the consultant will leverage their extensive experience to optimize processes and deliver impactful solutions. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate across teams to enhance product development and lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of 3DX PLM solutions to streamline product lifecycle processes and enhance efficiency.
Oversee the integration of PLM systems with existing enterprise applications to ensure seamless data flow and collaboration.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for Product Lifecycle Management to optimize product development and management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive innovation in PLM strategies.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for PLM system enhancements.
Develop and maintain documentation for PLM processes ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower teams with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively utilize PLM tools.
Monitor PLM system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
Evaluate emerging PLM technologies and trends to recommend strategic investments and upgrades.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align PLM initiatives with organizational goals.
Drive continuous improvement efforts by implementing feedback loops and performance metrics for PLM processes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all PLM activities and documentation.
Support the development of PLM roadmaps and strategies to guide future growth and innovation.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in 3DX PLM demonstrating a deep understanding of its functionalities and applications.
Have a strong background in Product Lifecycle Management showcasing expertise in managing product development cycles.
Exhibit excellent analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into effective PLM solutions.
Demonstrate proficiency in integrating PLM systems with other enterprise applications for enhanced collaboration.
Show capability in conducting training and workshops to build team competencies in PLM tools.
Display strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams.
Have a proven track record of driving process improvements and innovation in PLM strategies.
