4PM–1AM | 4-Day Work Week Option

Experienced closer? We’re hiring a Closing Shift Manager to lead our evening shift in Blackstone, VA (about an hour from Richmond and Petersburg area).

• Run the 4PM–1AM shift (dinner + late night)

• Lead the team, manage flow, and keep service fast and accurate

• Close the restaurant clean, stocked, and ready for the next day

What we’re looking for:

• Leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality

• Confident running shifts and making real-time decisions

• Reliable with evening and weekend availability

Qualifications

• QSR experience required; McDonald's management experience preferred

• ServSafe certification preferred

• Reliable and dedicated shift availability

• Valid driver’s license

• 18 years or older
