What You\'ll Do {#what-youll-do section-id="7gdd67" data-start="636" end="660"}
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment (motors, conveyors, pumps, etc.)
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Work with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives
What We\'re Looking For {#what-were-looking-for section-id="18pdrne" data-start="991" end="1022"}
- Experience in maintenance within manufacturing or industrial settings
- Skills in welding, machining, electrical repair, or fabrication
- Ability to work independently and solve complex problems
- Willingness to work in a physically active, fast-paced environment
Shift Options {#shift-options section-id="wvztqr" data-start="1303" end="1325"}
- Night Shift: SundayTuesday + every other Wednesday (shift differential included)
- Day Shift: SundayTuesday + every other Wednesday
