Student Project Assistant in Product Development and Maintenance
Job Description
The Grundfos Boosting team is looking for a motivated and energetic Student Worker to support our Agile setup and integration into our teams. In this role, you will help connect plans across platforms with use of Jira and Kanban in MS teams. You will further help plan in Jira, maintain Jira structures and support Agile ceremonies following the Scrum framework. This position is ideal for students with an interest in Project Management and Agile ways of working.
You will be working closely with the team Scrum Master and Product Owner while gaining hands-on experience with real projects and processes in a Product Development and Maintenance department.
You will join a team/department with colleagues, all working with Product Development projects and maintenance.

We imagine that you will be assisting with:
Support the integration of MS Teams (Kanban) planning with Jira
Assisting colleagues in creating and updating Jira tasks, while coaching them towards independence
Ensure all Jira tasks include sufficient detail and clear Definition of Done
Maintain Jira setup and structure for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Support adoption and integration of AI tools in daily workflows
Assist the Scrum Master in preparing and running Agile events, workshops and meetings
You will be working for 15-20 hours per week at our Headquarters in Bjerringbro but we are of course ready to schedule your working hours around exams and schoolwork. There is also a possibility of working from home on agreed days.
What do you need to apply?
You are studying at bachelor’s or master’s and have an understanding as well as an interest in Product development, Project Management and Agile methodologies.
Experience with Excel
Familiarity with AI applications, including MS Copilot
Comfortable navigating IT tools and curious about new technologies
Strong organizational and social skills and attention to detail
You show initiative and work proactively and independently on new assignments, as this will help you make the most of your time with us.
You have an international outlook and speak and write English fluently.
