  • Own preparation for and participation in client meetings, including agenda development, status updates, presentation reviews, follow‑ups, and action‑item tracking

  • Act as the central point of communication between clients and internal teams, translating business needs into clear direction and ensuring alignment across strategy, creative, production, and delivery teams

  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and scope changes, managing escalations with sound judgment and emotional intelligence while maintaining client confidence

  • Collaborate closely with account leadership to ensure continuity of service, clear ownership across the team, and strong internal alignment during periods of change or transition

  • Represent agency values and standards in all client and internal interactions, contributing proactively to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and team culture

  • Experience managing complex, fast‑moving accounts with multiple stakeholders while leading multiple projects at a time

Qualifications

  • Ability to solve problems independently and influence teams to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Self-starter who takes initiative to identify opportunity areas, offer solutions and act on them.

  • High attention to detail and strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
