Overview
We are seeking an Account Director for a hybrid role based in our Birmingham, MI office (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). The Account Director is responsible for proactively driving and owning the health, stability, and growth of assigned client business while continuing to mature and deepen client relationships across workstreams.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead integrated teams focused on creating and optimizing branded digital experiences for automotive clients. We are looking for a self-directed account leader with strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills who understands how to leverage data and insights to drive high-performing creative for digital and paid social campaigns.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary client lead and trusted advisor, building strong relationships while ensuring strategic alignment across all digital initiatives.
Lead integrated teams across strategy, media, creative, analytics, and production to deliver best-in-class digital campaigns and experiences.
Translate business and marketing objectives into actionable digital strategies across paid media, social, and performance channels.
Guide creative strategy informed by data, audience insights, and channel performance.
Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization across digital platforms including display, social, programmatic, and emerging channels.
Ensure seamless collaboration between client, media, and creative teams to deliver fully integrated campaigns.
Present performance results, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships through new initiatives, capabilities, andinnovation.
Qualifications
7+ years of professional experience, including account management within a fast-paced digital or advertising agency environment.
Strong understanding of digital media, paid social, programmatic, and performance marketing ecosystems.
Experience managing complex, integrated campaigns across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated client leadership skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience in automotive marketing and/or AI-driven marketing solutions is a plus.

Compensation Range: $97,375 - $117,900 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
