ManpowerGroup Project Support Administrator in Birmingham, Alabama
Our client, a project management and operations organization, is seeking a Part-Time Project Support Admin to join their team. As a Project Support Admin, you will be part of the Project Support Department supporting Project Managers and Operations Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and clear communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:
Project Support Admin (Part-Time, Onsite)
Location: Birmingham Alabama
Onsite - 8am-12noon or 7am-11am
Pay Range:
Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
What’s the Job?
Receive, sort, categorize, and track physical materials and documents following established procedures.
Log and maintain accurate records in internal tracking systems and spreadsheets.
Route documentation and materials to appropriate internal teams in a timely and secure manner.
Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, mail sorting, and maintaining organized work areas.
Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and basic documentation or invoice processing.
What’s Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent.
1–3+ years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured processes accurately.
Comfortable performing light physical tasks such as handling paper files, small boxes, and walking within the facility.
