Job Title: Bookkeeper (Temp-to-Perm)
Location: Binghamton
Pay Rate: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper for a temp-to-permanent opportunity in Binghamton, NY. This position is ideal for a dependable accounting professional who enjoys managing day-to-day financial operations and takes pride in accuracy and organization.
This role offers steady daytime hours and the opportunity to transition into a permanent position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable
Enter and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Apply cash payments and post receipts
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Accounts Payable
Review, enter, and process vendor invoices
Ensure timely and accurate payments
Maintain organized vendor records
General Bookkeeping
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
Assist with account reconciliations and reporting
Support overall accounting and administrative functions as needed
Qualifications
Proven bookkeeping or accounting support experience
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
Hands-on experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoice entry, and cash application
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
