Avania is hiring - 2 x Site Manager

The Site Manager role is an entry level position in to the Clinical Operations team with exciting prospects, training and development to become a travelling CRA The Site Manager role involves being trained on all basics in regards to the execution of a clinical research project. Site Managers should be able and can be asked to perform any Clinical Trial Associate (CTA) activities, which will include;

  • Clinical Trial Monitoring

  • Study-Specific Documents and Files

  • Communication and Meetings

We seek -

  • B.A./B.S. or equivalent experience in a (para)medical, scientific or health related discipline or related work experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in clinical research is preferred, in particular as a Clinical Trial Associate (CTA) or Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

  • Ability to understand basic and complex medical details

  • GCP-ICH-E6, FDA regulations and ISO 14155, 13485 and 9001 knowledge where applicable

  • Knowledge of regulatory regulations and guidelines on medical devices

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally

  • Fluent English, spoken and written
