Pharmacy Resident PGY1 PHARMACY AMBCARE RESIDENCY PGM - 8641 (Billings Clinic Main Campus) req11563Shift: Day, Evenings, Nights, WeekendsEmployment Status: Full-Time (.75 or greater) Hours per Pay Period: 1.00 = 80 hours every two weeks (Exempt) Starting Wage DOEThe Postgraduate Year 1 (PGY1) Pharmacy Resident (hereafter referred to as the resident) provides high quality patient care; advances practice and improves patient care; demonstrates leadership and management skills; and teaches, educates, and disseminates knowledge to others. The resident shall be knowledgeable about the educational competency areas, goals, and objectives as well as accreditation standards set forth by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP). The resident shall be committed to attaining professional competence beyond entry-level practice. The resident shall be dedicated to achieving the PGY1 pharmacy residency program's goals and objectives and will support Billings Clinic's mission, vision, and values. The resident must seek constructive verbal and written feedback that directs his/her learning and must be committed to making active use of the constructive feedback provided by the PGY1 pharmacy residency program preceptors and Program Director, Pharmacy Residency. With the guidance from the Program Director, the resident may supervise for pharmacy students during their clinical rotations as allowed by the Montana Board of Pharmacy.Essential Job Functions* Supports and models behaviors consistent with Billings Clinic's mission, vision, values, code of business conduct, and service expectations.
