Manager Radiology Administration RADIOLOGY ADMINISTRATION (Billings Clinic Main Campus) req11668Shift: DayEmployment Status: Full-Time (.75 or greater) Hours per Pay Period: 1.00 = 80 hours every two weeks (Exempt) Starting Wage DOEDevelops objectives, policies, and procedures for all Radiology department cost centers to formalize and implement the mission, vision, and values of Billings Clinic. Maintains the standards, customer relations, and practice in a designated service line. Accountabilities include: quality of services; short and long range planning to achieve goals and objectives; budget development and fiscal control; physician and interdepartmental/intradepartmental relations; personnel management. Operational oversight of all cost centers and services provided for out-patient elective, in-patient and emergency room patient care under Radiology (including but not limited to): Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Computed Tomography, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Positron Emission Tomography, Diagnostic Radiology, Fluoroscopy, Mammography, Interventional Radiology, DEXA, Radiology Scheduling, Radiology Pre-Authorization, Radiology Nursing, and Special Imaging Patient Transporting.Essential Job FunctionsDevelops and oversees all Radiology department cost centers to ensure adherence to organizational mission, vision, values, strategic goals, and business strategies. Interprets and supports the mission and philosophy of Billings Clinic. Responsible for promotion of, and adherence to, the elements of Billings Clinic's Code of Business Conduct and corporate compliance program.In collaboration with physician leadership and other medical staff, administration, and other health care providers, develops and implements short and long range plans, and leads, develops and revises programs which enhance department services.Leads department in the overall marketing, program development, and service priorities.
