City of Billings Lead Concessions Supervisor - Seasonal in Billings, Montana

Join our team as a Lead Concessions Supervisor and oversee concession operations while leading a dynamic poolside team this summer. As the Lead Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for training and supervising concession staff, ensuring food safety standards are met, inventory is accurate, and the concession area remains clean, organized, and customer friendly. Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour. Preferred Dates: May 26, 2026 - August 31, 2026. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Train, supervise, and mentor pool concession staff. • Ensure safe food handling and cleaning procedures are followed. • Maintain accurate inventory and accounting of all products sold. • Oversee daily concession operations and staff scheduling as needed. • Keep the concession area clean, organized, and well-stocked. • Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, professional attitude. • Provide excellent care and customer service to the public. Minimum Qualifications & Skills: • Must meet minimum age requirements. • Trustworthy, reliable, and detail oriented. • Previous experience supervising or training staff preferred. • Strong math skills with attention to detail. • Legible handwriting and strong organizational skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Friendly, positive attitude with a focus on customer service.
