CNA Training Program - Summer 2026 NURSING RESOURCES (BILLINGS CLINIC HOSPITAL) req11704Shift: VariesEmployment Status: Temporary Hours per Pay Period: 0.01 = per diem (as needed) (Non-Exempt) Starting Wage DOE: $17.00/hr Application will remain open until 5/11/26 or until 25 applicants have been received, whichever occurs first.As a participant in the CNA Training Program, the Nursing Assistant will learn the foundational knowledge, skills, and practice necessary to challenge and successfully pass the CNA certification exam. The incumbent will apply critical thinking from the classroom and skills labs to the supervised care provided to patients in a hospital setting. Under general supervision of a licensed Nurse the incumbent will assist members of the healthcare team to meet the physical, psychosocial, educational, and spiritual needs of the patient and family. Successful completion of the CNA Training Program and passing the certification exam results in becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant.This structured, work-based learning program prepares participants to challenge the state CNA certification exam through classroom instruction, skills lab, clinical experience, and self-paced study. Participants receive a CNA Test Prep Book and access to an online prep course aligned with weekly coursework. A $25 online course fee is required and reimbursed upon completion.Weekly LMS quizzes, assigned readings, and skills activities are required. Participants must be able to fully participate in the program schedule as outlined below and must be able to complete the entire program without any planned or unplanned time away, including absences, leave, or schedule interruptions.This is not an official CNA course. It is exam preparation only.
