Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description
The Warehouse Associate performs receiving, kitting, and warehouse logistics activities to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of materials for internal customers and manufacturing operations. This role supports daily material processing, maintains inventory accuracy, and contributes to a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Perform receiving activities, including unloading, checking, and documenting incoming materials according to established procedures.
Execute kitting operations by accurately picking, assembling, and preparing material kits to support product manufacturing.
Support warehouse logistics, including stocking, organizing, and replenishing line-side manufacturing inventory.
Use ERP systems, including SAP, to transact inventory movements, maintain inventory accuracy, and update material records.
Process material picks and orders efficiently and accurately to meet production and internal customer requirements.
Follow all safety and quality standards established by the organization in all warehouse activities.
Handle materials with an understanding of weights and measures to ensure proper storage, handling, and shipment.
Follow written and verbal instructions to complete daily tasks and special assignments.
Participate in cross-training to learn new warehouse and material handling skills as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom and warehouse area.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely material availability for manufacturing.
Perform any other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.
Work overtime as required to support production schedules and business needs.
Essential Skills
One to two years of warehouse experience in receiving, picking kits or orders, and replenishing line-side manufacturing inventory.
Experience transacting in SAP or a similar ERP system.
Knowledge of inventory control practices in a warehouse or stockroom environment.
Ability to understand and work with weights and measures.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks quickly and work dependably.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness and ability to work overtime as required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working in a manufacturing warehouse or stockroom environment.
Comfort with material processing tasks such as picking, kitting, stocking, and inventory replenishment.
Openness to cross-training across multiple warehouse functions.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling and documenting inventory.
Basic computer skills for ERP and inventory transactions.

Work Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing setting with an active warehouse and stockroom environment. Work hours follow standard manufacturing schedules, with overtime required at times to meet production demands. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Billerica, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
