Summary of Position:
The Human Resources Associate is responsible for consistently delivering a broad range of HR support while administering policies, processes, procedures, and programs across payroll, employment, and labor relations. ⢠The Human Resources Associate must be committed to providing superior customer service and value, while working with a diverse constituency. ⢠The incumbent is expected to be responsive, excel at problem-solving, and possess the ability to multitask in a high-volume department. ⢠To be successful in the role, the incumbent must have demonstrated strength in communicating effectively, timely, and professionally. ⢠Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, and attention to detail is required.
