Summary of Position:
The College of Business at Ferris State University seeks a pool of outstanding applicants for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Management. Teaching responsibilities include undergraduate and graduate courses in business and management. Faculty are expected to create meaningful, student-centered learning experiences, provide academic advising, and incorporate current technology into their instruction. The successful candidate will contribute to curricular development, participate in assessment of student learning, and support ongoing program enhancement. We seek someone who is committed to engaging students beyond the classroom, supporting existing academic initiatives, and mentoring students beyond traditional advising expectations. Faculty are also expected to engage in scholarly or professional activities and participate in department, college, and university committees. Off-campus and online teaching may be required. Courses will be taught in person on one of Ferris State University's campuses. The candidate selected for the position must
