Location: Twin Cities Metro Area Travel up to 100-mile radius (company truck provided) Wage: Up to $35.00 per hour, based on experience Hours: Full-time, year-round work (indoor and outdoor projects in all weather conditions) Benefits of the concrete foreman: Company-provided truck for jobsite travel 401(k) with company match Health and dental insurance Paid time off Consistent, year-round work Supportive team environment with opportunity for advancement Duties of the concrete foreman: Supervise and lead concrete crews on commercial and residential projects Read blueprints and project specifications to ensure job accuracy Schedule pours, coordinate materials, and maintain project timelines Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles safely Conduct safety meetings and enforce company policies on-site Communicate effectively with project managers and other trades Ensure quality workmanship and site cleanliness at all times Requirements of the concrete foreman: Minimum 5 years of construction / concrete experience Physical strength and endurance able to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor for 8+ hours Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity Ability to work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines Valid driver s license and reliable transportation Organized, safety-minded, and able to follow directions from supervisors Attendance and punctuality are essential Additional Information: This is a full-time, hands-on foreman position with a reputable company that values teamwork, safety, and quality.
