Aerotek Manufacturing Operator in Biddeford, Maine
Shifts:
1st Shift: 7am-3:30pm
2nd Shift: 3:30pm-11pm
Responsibilities
Operate automated and semi-automated machinery efficiently.
Engage in manual production tasks requiring precision and dexterity.
Ensure quality control and adherence to production standards.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth production process.
Essential Skills
Experience in production and assembly operations.
Aptitude for machinery or previous machine operator experience.
Ability to work with small parts effectively.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
At least 6 months of manufacturing experience or transferable skills.
Professional attitude, punctuality, and self-motivation.

Work Environment
Work within a manufacturing facility, with options for first shift (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) or second shift (3:30 PM - 11:00 PM).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.
