Johnson 4 is a medical/surgical and cardiac telemetry Progressive Care Unit, which accepts patients 18 years of age or older with cardiac and Medical/ surgical conditions. Common Medical Diagnoses Heart failure STEMI/NSTEMI Acute Coronary Syndrome Syncope Cardiac Dysrhythmia Cerebral Vascular Accident Circulatory disorder Chest Pain Pre and Post Pacemaker/AICD placement Pre and Post Cardiac Catheterization
As a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Inpatient Team, you will be responsible for the following:
Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments,observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes
PER DIEM
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Basic Life Support (BLS) required
ACLS preferred
PCU Experience preferred
Progressive Telemetry Competency Education preferred

Pay Range:
$36.00 - $79.12
This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
