Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to support the production of complex electronic and mechanical assemblies. This role involves precision PCB assembly, SMT and thru-hole soldering, wiring, and mechanical build work in a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience, strong attention to detail, and adheres to industry standards such as IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001. Top Skills ? Thru-hole & SMT soldering ? Rework & repair of electronic assemblies ? Mechanical assembly & wiring (cable harnesses and subassemblies) Key Responsibilities ? Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) and complex electro-mechanical systems per specifications and work instructions. ? Perform precision soldering on SMT and thru-hole components using a microscope. ? Conduct mechanical assembly using hand tools, torque tools, wire strippers, and related equipment. ? Apply conformal coating and inspect assemblies in accordance with IPC-A-610 quality standards. ? Perform rework, repair, and inspection on electronic assemblies as needed. ? Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while adhering to all company and regulatory requirements. Qualifications ? High school diploma or equivalent required. ? 5?8 years of experience in electrical and mechanical assembly, preferably in electronics manufacturing. ? Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering prints, and parts lists. ? IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certification strongly preferred. ? Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR/EAR regulations (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status). Attributes for Success ? Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. ?
