Position Summary The Assistant Administrator / Scheduling Coordinator supports the daily operations of Dove Home Care Nursing Services LLC by coordinating caregiver schedules, ensuring consistent service delivery, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting both staff and client needs. This role is essential to maintaining high-quality care, efficient staffing, and excellent client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Scheduling & Staffing Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules to ensure proper coverage Match caregivers to client needs and preferences Handle last-minute call-outs and emergency staffing Maintain accurate scheduling records and timekeeping Operations & Administration Support daily office operations and workflow Maintain client and staff documentation in compliance with agency policies Assist with audits, licensing reviews, and quality assurance activities Monitor service delivery and resolve operational concerns Staff Support & Supervision Assist with onboarding, orientation, and training of caregivers Monitor caregiver performance and professionalism Serve as liaison between caregivers, management, clients, and families Client & Family Relations Assist with client intake and service coordination Address client concerns, complaints, and service adjustments Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, case managers, and referral sources Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies Maintain accurate employee credentialing and client records Track incident reports and follow reporting procedures Communication & Reporting Prepare daily and weekly operations reports Maintain clear communication with Administrator and care team Represent the agency professionally with community partners Qualifications CNA or Home Health Aide certification required Minimum 2 years of experience in home care or healthcare operations Strong scheduling, organization, and multitasking skills Knowledge of home care regulations and compliance standards Excellent communication and leadership abilities Proficiency with scheduling software and office systems Reliable transportation and flexibility with work hours Work Environment & Requirements Office-based with occasional field responsibilities Ability to manage confidential information in compliance with HIPAA On-call availability as needed for staffing support Why Join Dove Home Care Nursing Services Supportive leadership and collaborative team culture Opportunities for growth and leadership development Meaningful work serving the community Equal Opportunity Employer Dove Home Care Nursing Services LLC is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, or any other protected status.
